Job summary

Foothill Regional Medical Center in Tustin, CA seeks a Sub-Acute RN to join our pediatric care team. You will deliver specialized nursing care to residents with complex medical needs, assess and plan care, and coordinate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to support recovery and quality of life.

This on-site role requires 12-hour shifts and offers compensation of $41–$62 per hour, plus opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environment that values patient-centered

Qualifications

• Active California RN license with no encumbrances.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in sub-acute or acute hospital.
• BLS certification (AHA).
• PALS certification or pediatric training within 1 year.
• English communication proficiency.
• Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized nursing care to residents with complex medical needs.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other team members.
• Advocate for residents' well-being and coordinate care across teams.
