Job summary

Montshire Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Sterilization Technician for our Sanford, ME office. You will oversee the sterilization center, ensure infection control, and prepare instruments for clinical teams.

Responsibilities include processing materials, maintaining logs, and cleaning treatment spaces between patients to keep schedules on track. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:30AM–4:30PM; benefits include PTO, health, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience following CDC/OSHA infection control protocols.
• Ability to manage sterilization workflows accurately.
• Comfort in a fast-paced dental office environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages the sterilization center: follows infection control protocols.
• Process, package, and prepare all instruments and materials.
• Keep logs to maintain compliance with standards.
• Clean, disinfect and reset treatment rooms between patients.
