Angels of Care Pediatric HomeHealth is seeking Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) and SLPA to provide in-home therapy for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs in Seagoville/Crandall/Terrell, TX and surrounding areas.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, feeding, and related needs, educate families, coordinate with physicians, and maintain EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active SLP/SLPA license (Texas) required.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based care in the home and community
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans (Speech Language Pathologist / SLP)
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (Speech Language Pathologist Assistant / SLPA)
• Deliver interventions targeting speech, language, cognitive, feeding/swallowing, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers
• Coordinate care with physicians and referral partners
• Develop home programs to ensure continued progress
• Document all care and services in EMR
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Preferred

• 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience

• Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
