Job summary

MGA Homecare seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver pediatric therapy in home and community settings. You will assess children, plan individualized treatment, and support families to participate in care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and keep thorough documentation.

Ideal candidates hold an SLP degree with CCC from ASHA, Texas licensure, and CPR certification. Mentorship for new grads is available, with opportunities for growth in a mission-driven home health environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Texas SLP License.
• New graduates welcome; mentorship and training available.
• CPR Certification and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy for children in their home and community settings.
• Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to help kids reach their goals.
• Educate and support families, empowering them to take an active role in care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation.
