Qualificações

• Experience in pediatric therapy settings preferred.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pediatric therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Manage full caseload: evaluations, sessions, notes, discharges.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with clear goals.
• Complete timely documentation per requirements.
• Communicate with families to support carryover of treatments.
• Ensure licensure, payer, and company documentation standards.
• Support clinical quality via reviews and best practices.
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in team meetings and promote a positive work culture.
• Maintain ongoing continuing education and professional development.
