Job summary

Fox Health is seeking experienced pediatric speech therapists to provide services in a child’s natural environment—home, daycare, telehealth, private schools and behavioral clinics. Immediate and future start dates are available, with a supportive onboarding process.

You will manage a full caseload, conduct evaluations, deliver therapy, document progress, and coordinate with families and caregivers to ensure carryover.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric therapy
• Ability to manage a full caseload including evaluations and progress notes
• Clear, consistent communication with families and caregivers

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy using best practices
• Manage a full caseload including evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharges
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with goals
• Complete timely daily documentation
• Communicate with families to support carryover
• Ensure services meet licensure, payer, and company standards
• Support clinical quality through reviews
• Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams on outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and maintain a positive work culture
• Maintain ongoing continuing education and professional development
