Bluegrass Pediatric Therapies is seeking an exceptional pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who loves helping children thrive. You’ll join a collaborative team at our outpatient clinics in Richmond and Winchester, KY, delivering evidence-based therapy to children and supporting families with home programs.

Bluegrass Pediatric Therapies is looking for an exceptional pediatric Speech Therapist who loves helping children thrive.

You’ll join an experienced, collaborative team serving children and families at our private outpatient clinics in Richmond and Winchester, Kentucky. We’re looking for an SLP who is evidence-based, family-centered, eager to grow, and excited to work alongside professionals who genuinely support one another.

Compensation

The salary or hourly range is discipline-specific. Placement within the applicable range is based on:

• Relevant pediatric and clinical experience
• Professional certifications
• Specialized skills
• Schedule and employment status
• Leadership or additional role responsibilities
