Job summary

The Center for Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist responsible for assessing patients and providing direct rehabilitation services. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and involves establishing treatment goals.

The ideal candidate should have graduated from an accredited school, hold a valid Virginia license as a Speech-Language Pathologist, and possess current CPR certification. Experience in pediatric speech therapy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to establish and administer treatment plans with specific goals.
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy is preferred but not required.
• Documentation and recording patient’s condition effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services.
• Provide direct patient care to assess medical conditions and functional capabilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OTs, PTs, and teachers.
