Monday to Friday

We are a privately-held, community-focused pediatric therapy provider in Central Virginia, and we’re growing! We're on the lookout for passionate, playful, and purpose-driven SLPs to join our dynamic team.

Here, we specialize in helping children with special needs reach their full potential—and we make it fun, creative, and loving every step of the way. We truly put the FUN in functional!

What You’ll Do:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessment tools
Develop individualized IFSP, IEP, and clinic-based goals
Implement evidence-based, age-appropriate treatment plans
Provide ongoing documentation and progress updates to families, schools, and early intervention teams
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists
Deliver therapy in a variety of settings: clinic, home, and school
Make a lasting difference through creativity, patience, and play

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Virginia
Strong foundation in communication, phonological, and oral-motor disorders
Compassionate, playful, and motivated personality
️ Excellent documentation & communication skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative settings
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply!
