Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support pediatric students in a vibrant school-based environment near Edmond, OK. The role is on-site with opportunities to collaborate with dedicated teams to advance students' communication development.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for pediatric SLP, collaborate on individualized treatment plans, and be prepared to assess, diagnose, and treat students to help them reach academic and social potential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure in Oklahoma).
• ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship (CF) requirement.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy in individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student outcomes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

ASHA CCC or CF
