DV Therapy Inc. is seeking a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, and communication needs.
You will develop individualized treatment plans, provide parent coaching, and collaborate with SLPAs and other therapists in a clinic setting. You will supervise Clinical Fellows and contribute to team training, with a focus on data-driven SOAP notes and family involvement.
This is a pediatric SLP role with the full scope intact: evaluation, treatment planning, AAC, feeding, parent coaching, and every clinical judgment call that comes with them. DV Therapy is still owned by the speech pathologist who started it — Iddo deVries, MS CCC-SLP, who runs the speech program himself so the clinical expectations here were set by someone who has written the reports and sat with the families. You'll have SLPAs supporting your treatment load, which means your license gets spent on the work only you can do, not on a schedule padded to hit a number.
$40.00 - $50.00 per hour — your base salary, with no bonus folded in to make the number look bigger
DV Therapy = SLP Owned. Iddo deVries, MS CCC-SLP, founded DV Therapy, still owns it, and continues to help run the speech program with our ST Clinical Director. Our COO, Mariah Prentice, started here as an SLPA nearly ten years ago. Caseload and productivity decisions get made by people who have carried a caseload.
SLPAs on your team. You're not running every artic session yourself. Your license goes to evals, planning, the complex kids, and the calls only you can make
ABA and OT down the hall. Integrated pediatric teams in person, not referrals into a void. The feeding question, the AAC decision, the behavior barrier — worked out in the hallway
