DV Therapy Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Covina, CA to provide evaluation, treatment planning, AAC, feeding, and parent coaching.
You will work with SLPAs to allow your license to focus on the cases only you can handle, under the guidance of our ST Clinical Director. Join a collaborative, clinic-based team with integrated OT and ABA support, a flexible but professional environment, and extensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
This is a pediatric SLP role with the full scope intact: evaluation, treatment planning, AAC, feeding, parent coaching, and every clinical judgment call that comes with them. DV Therapy is still owned by the speech pathologist who started it — Iddo deVries, MS CCC-SLP, who runs the speech program himself so the clinical expectations here were set by someone who has written the reports and sat with the families. You'll have SLPAs supporting your treatment load, which means your license gets spent on the work only you can do, not on a schedule padded to hit a number.
Current CPR certification and a TB test within the past year. If you need either, we'll help you get them — this isn't a screen, it's onboarding.
DV Therapy is committed to making a difference in the lives of our clients and their families. We provide ABA, OT, and Speech services both in-home and in-office. If you’re ready to lead with purpose and drive clinical excellence,

"I've worked in ABA-only clinics before. Having ST and OT down the hall means I'm learning something new every week, not just from trainings, but from lunch conversations."
— Devin R., BCBA, Santa Fe Springs
"The multidisciplinary setup here means I never feel like I'm guessing in my own silo. If I have a question about a kid's motor planning, the OT is right there, not three referrals away."
— Jordan K., RBT, Palmdale
"I love that leadership actually invests in team building. It's not just a pizza party once a year, it's a whole culture of showing up for each other."
— Selena M., Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant, Santa Fe Springs
