Job summary

Family of Kidz is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support children in Larchmont, NY and surrounding areas. The role offers either fee-for-service or full-time opportunities, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days for licensed SLPs, and compensation of $75-$85 per hour for FFS work.

The position emphasizes school-based hours, collaboration with families and school teams, and data-driven progress reporting.

Qualifications

• NYS licensure and CCC-SLP certification required.
• Experience with evaluating and treating children in school/pediatric settings preferred.
• Ability to work with families and school teams to meet IEP/IEP goals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for your caseload
• Administer and write up speech and language evaluations
• Ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators related to case management
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate attendance and billing logs
• Create and maintain schedule with assigned families/school personnel
• Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and progress reports quarterly
• Provide input and attend CPSE/CSE meetings and annual reviews
• Perform comprehensive evaluations in clinic, home and/or preschool settings
• Write detailed evaluation reports demonstrating child’s abilities and difficulties
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and the evaluation team
• Develop functional goals using IEP directives and plan

Details about this opportunity:

Location: Larchmont, NY and surrounding areas (multiple positions available)

Status: Fee for Service and/or Full-Time opportunities available

Hours: During and/or after school (primarily elementary school hours)

Compensation:

• Fee for Service: $75-$85/hour
• Full-Time Salary also available

In addition the position posted may be either full-time or fee-for-service (FFS), depending on the current caseload which will be discussed during the interview. This arrangement can vary and is subject to change.**
