• Current licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist in applicable state or temporary/provisional license.
• ASHA CCC must be obtained within 48 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.

• Provides coordinated and comprehensive patient care with an interdisciplinary team approach.
• Evaluates speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic needs and develops treatment programs.
• Documents treatments according to department policies and supervisor review.
• Participates in Performance Improvement for timely, cost-effective services.
• Supervises graduate students/interns and provides feedback and written evaluations.
