Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current ASHA CCC or must be obtained within 48 months of hire.
• State licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist in the service state(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated patient care including assessments and treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic needs and implement therapy programs.
• Document treatments according to department policies and EMR guidelines.
• Participate in Performance Improvement programs to ensure timely, cost-effective services.
• Supervise graduate assistants/interns and coordinate student schedules and feedback.
