Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient & Schools - Monthly Incentive

CORA provides a full range of pediatric services for clients with speech and language delays, feeding and swallowing disorders, processing disorders, stuttering, developmental delay, and genetic, neurological, and neuromuscular conditions.

As a full-time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide direct patient care in various treatment settings, including outpatient clinics, schools, and Early Intervention. Your responsibilities include performing initial evaluations, establishing goals, developing treatment plans, and progressing patients through their plans of care.

What You’ll Need:

  • Graduate of an accredited Master’s level speech-language pathology program
  • Current Certification of Clinical Competence from ASHA or CCC eligible
  • Current state license to practice as a speech-language pathologist
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent work ethic in independent and collaborative settings
  • Ability to travel and work across multiple treatment settings—outpatient pediatrics, schools, Early Intervention
  • Basic understanding of treatment models used in school and Early Intervention
  • School experience is preferred but not required

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations on new patients, establish goals, and develop treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing speech-language services aligned with treatment plans, IEPs, and IFSPs as applicable
  • Document evaluations, treatments, and patient interactions per policy and regulations
  • Progress patients safely through treatment levels based on their capabilities
  • Engage with patients, families, and care teams for effective treatment outcomes
  • Educate and empower patients, families, and caregivers
  • Pursue professional growth through associations, workshops, and conferences
