Job summary

MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist. The role involves clinical services and communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, applying extensive knowledge in pediatric speech pathology.

The position emphasizes pediatric experience, a mentoring program, and opportunities for growth within a large pediatric hospital network. Schedule: Clinic hours with a 0.9 FTE, Days shift.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA or completing CFY with CCC-SLP supervision
• Current WA licensure or interim permit to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Current BLS Certification required; pediatric experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, interpretation, and reporting of clinical observations
• Perform patient assessments with physicians and develop individualized treatment plans
• Conduct and interpret videofluoroscopic swallow studies and fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES)
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals
