Job summary

Mary Bridge Children's Hospital, part of MultiCare, is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist to deliver clinical services and collaborate with families and medical teams. The role involves applying expertise in speech pathology to assess and treat pediatric patients in a hospital setting.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and interpret swallow studies; you will coordinate with physicians and other professionals.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification by ASHA or CFY in process under CCC-SLP supervision.
• Licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington state or holding an interim permit.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, interpretation, and reporting of clinical observations.
• Perform patient assessments with physicians and develop treatment plans.
• Conduct and interpret videofluoroscopic swallow studies and FEES as applicable.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals.
