Job summary

MercyOne Mason City Cheslea Creek is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to specialize in pediatrics and help children communicate effectively in an outpatient setting. You will collaborate with SLPs, PTs, and OTs to improve verbal and non-verbal language skills while addressing sensitive topics with compassion.

Minimum qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA CCC-SLP with licensure eligibility in Iowa.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current ASHA CCC-SLP certification required or eligible in Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in pediatrics to help children communicate effectively and improve verbal/non-verbal language skills.
• Collaborate with other professionals (SLP, PT, OT) in an outpatient setting.
• Maintain high interpersonal standards when addressing sensitive topics.
