Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensure as Speech-Language Pathologist required.

Responsibilities

• Establishes treatment plan and provides therapy.
• Educates and collaborates with patients, families and other health care providers.
• Delegates to assistants and students with appropriate supervision.
• Completes documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
• Provides assessment and reassessment for Speech Services.
