Job summary

Cortica is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric care team and advance clinically through the Clinical Ladder Program, mentorship, and leadership opportunities.

You will deliver life-changing, client-centered therapy, collaborate with neurologists, developmental pediatricians, nurses, ABA, OT, PT, and music therapists in a transdisciplinary model, and grow your skills while supporting families.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification.
• Passion for collaborative, integrative care and working with neurodivergent populations.
• Strong leadership potential and interest in mentorship and career growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech-language therapy integrating sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with transdisciplinary care.
• Educate and empower families, extending strategies into daily life.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, ABA, OT, PT, and other therapists to optimize outcomes.
• Contribute to Cortica’s Clinical Ladder Program for leadership growth and mentorship.
