Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site role in a school setting. Open to experienced clinicians with ASHA CCCs as well as CFY candidates seeking licensure.

You will provide individual and group therapy, perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support students' IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• ASHA CCCs or CFY eligibility or recent program completion and CFY eligibility.
• Experience or interest in pediatric populations; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group therapy for speech, language needs of students.
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, document progress per guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support IEP goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech-language concerns.

• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
