Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist to support elementary and middle school students with a 37.5-hour work week, ASAP through May 28.

You will manage a caseload of 40–50 students, deliver individual and group therapy, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to promote language development in a welcoming school setting.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current New Mexico Speech-Language Pathology license through the state board.
• New Mexico license from the PED Ancillary and Support Services.
• CFY and CCC-SLP candidates welcome.
• Experience with pediatric and school-based populations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions to students.
• Assess, document, and report on student progress toward language and communication goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with district and state requirements.
• Integrate evidence-based practices to ensure high-quality therapy services.
