Job summary

TEAMability is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to assess and treat children with speech and swallowing disorders. You will develop individualized plans with physician referrals, delivering care that promotes independence and communication skills.

Key duties include evaluations, therapy for diverse disorders, supervision of assistants and students, and collaboration with families and the healthcare team in a HIPAA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP by ASHA or in the process of obtaining supervised experience.
• Minimum of 2 years pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and maneuver patients safely.
• Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests and document results.
• Provide speech therapy for pediatric speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• supervise SLP Assistants and students, ensuring documentation and treatment standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams, and maintain HIPAA compliance.
