Job summary

ChildServe in Ames, IA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric rehabilitation team. You will deliver family-centered speech-language pathology services to children birth through 21 in our outpatient setting.

You will work with an interdisciplinary group of therapists, provide assessments, interpret results, and develop care plans. We offer leadership development, on-site continuing education, and a strong commitment to making a difference daily.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC certification preferred.
• Experience with pediatric populations is valued.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Administer standardized tests and screenings for pediatric clients.
• Develop and adjust therapy plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide feedback to families and caregivers on progress.
• Collaborate with therapists across disciplines to implement care plans.
• Deliver evidence-based, family-centered speech-language pathology services.
