Job summary

Proficio Therapy Services in Utah is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric therapy team. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to support communication and feeding needs.

The SLP will collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-centered care, participate in supervision, and contribute to meaningful developmental progress. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to pediatric clients in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations using appropriate assessment tools.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans based on clinical findings and client needs.
• Document therapy sessions, evaluations, and progress notes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to support therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with supervising Speech-Language Pathologists and multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Communicate with families and caregivers to provide education and support carryover of therapy strategies.
• Participate in supervision, mentorship, and professional development as part of the Clinical Fellowship program.
