Therapy & Beyond is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join their McKinney, TX clinic. The role involves delivering 1:1 speech-language services to pediatric and adolescent patients in a clinic-based setting, with assessments, treatment planning, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The position offers by-session compensation with uncapped biweekly bonuses and full-time benefits, including health, life, 401k with match, and time off.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Texas state license to practice.
• CCC-ASHA preferred; clinical certification.
• At least 3 years of direct work with children diagnosed with Autism.

Responsabilidades

• Assessments and evaluations for pediatric and adolescent patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for ASD.
• Provide 1:1 SLP services in 30-minute sessions.
• Co-treat with supervisors, BCBA, OTs, and Clinical Directors.
• Regularly consult with parents on treatment progress.
