Job summary

The Perlman Center at Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a multidisciplinary team serving patients with cerebral palsy and related conditions from birth through adulthood. The role focuses on AAC, dysphagia, and communication and swallowing disorders in a group setting.

This full-time, 36-hour-per-week position is based at the Mason and Burnet campuses, Monday–Friday, with day shifts.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in speech-language pathology or communication sciences & disorders.
  • Active conditional or permanent license in speech-language pathology in the State of Ohio.
  • ASHA CCC (Clinical Fellowships not being considered)

Responsibilities

  • Diagnostic evaluations using appropriate service delivery model; administer tests and report results.
  • Formulates long- and short-term goals; involve family in treatment planning.
  • Develops and maintains clinical skills; manage challenging interactions with families.
  • Coordinate scheduling and revenue targets; ensure efficient use of Epic system and time.
  • Provide leadership and pursue advanced competencies aligned with division needs.
