Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology or communication sciences & disorders.
• Active conditional or permanent license in speech-language pathology in the State of Ohio.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) granted by ASHA (Clinical Fellowships not considered).

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic Evaluations: performs routine and some specialty evaluations; selects tests and provides results and referrals.
• Treatment: formulates long- and short-term goals and involves families in treatment plans.
• Clinical Care and Follow-up: maintains clinical skills and handles difficult issues with patients and families.
• Scheduling and Contributions to Revenue: manages Epic scheduling and communicates changes to staff; helps meet billing targets.
• Clinical Leadership: pursues advanced competencies and professional development within the division.
