MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to transform lives of children and families through speech, language, feeding, and swallowing therapy. You will collaborate with a dedicated team focused on meaningful outcomes and professional growth.

Qualified candidates are graduated from an accredited SLP program, licensed in Texas by start date, and preferably have pediatric experience. New grads are welcome to apply, with bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by the anticipated start date.
• 1 year of experience preferred but new graduates welcome to apply.
• Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy to address speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care.
