Job summary

MedCare Pediatric in Texas is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to transform the lives of children and families by addressing speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs. You will evaluate, diagnose, and deliver tailored therapy as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program.
Licensed to practice as an SLP in Texas by start date.
1 year of experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
Bilingual in English & Spanish.
Experience in pediatrics preferred; bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
Deliver therapy addressing speech, language, feeding, and swallowing needs.
Monitor and adjust plans to ensure progress and effectiveness.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care.
One-on-one patient care in a collaborative environment.
