Fox Health is seeking experienced pediatric therapists to provide services in a child’s natural environment, including homes, daycares, and private schools, with telehealth options available. Qualifications

• Experience delivering pediatric therapy in clinical or home settings.
• Ability to communicate clearly with families and caregivers.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational/speech therapy using evidence-based practices.
• Manage full caseload: evaluations, sessions, notes, discharges.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with goals.
• Complete timely documentation per payer and company standards.
• Communicate with families for treatment carryover.
• Ensure services meet licensure and payer requirements.
• Support quality through adherence to best practices and reviews.
• Collaborate with leadership on outcomes and workflow.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
