Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in Washington
• CCC certification required
• Experienced or eager to join a collaborative team
• Passionate about communication, feeding, and whole-family care

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, play-based speech and language therapy primarily for pediatrics
• Provide pediatric feeding therapy based on training and clinical interests
• Build strong relationships with families to support carryover and progress
• Collaborate daily with OTs, PTs, and mental health clinicians to deliver holistic, family-centered care
• Optional: Treat adult patients based on interests
• Participate in monthly reflective consultation for peer support
• Work 1:1 in private rooms and therapy gyms to support sensory and communication needs
