Job summary

Hope Therapeutic Services, a division of Hope, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in the Nashville/Gallatin, TN area. The role offers part-time and per diem opportunities with potential to move to full-time, at a contract rate of $40–$50 per hour.

The SLP will evaluate, treat, and consult with children with communication disorders in a clinic-based setting, collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Tennessee licensure as an SLP.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
• Experience in clinic-based settings or pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assessment & Evaluation: conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and interpret results.
• Therapy & Intervention: provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy and monitor progress.
• Collaboration & Consultation: work with families, educators, and other professionals.
• Compliance & Documentation: maintain documentation and ensure IDEA/state/federal compliance.
