Sunny Days Sunshine Center Inc is looking for an ABA Therapist and other related positions committed to enhancing the lives of children through applied behavior analysis therapy. Candidates will work with dedicated pediatric therapists in a well-equipped facility to provide targeted treatment plans and progress monitoring.

We offer flexible hours, including weekdays into the early evening and weekend hours, designed to meet the needs of families while also allowing therapists options for hours outside of the typical 9‑5 workday. All therapists are required to undergo background screening.
As a Sunshine Center therapist, you will work with a team of dedicated pediatric therapists. Our state‑of‑the‑art facility features a sensory gym that provides a safe environment with equipment to facilitate gross motor skill development and refinement. We use an Electronic Medical Records system to make your documentation more efficient, allowing you more time to spend with children and their families.
Those with some knowledge of ABA will receive additional training here.
Individuals experienced with young children, as well as with tweens and teenagers, are needed to work both within the home and at our center.
The BCABA will be responsible for monitoring ABA program books, developing ongoing goals, tracking data, and training the ABA therapist on each child’s ABA program. In addition, the BCABA will help oversee and help to design social skills classes.
The BCBA will plan, develop, and monitor ABA cases; conduct ongoing therapist training; provide parent trainings; and oversee social skills groups.
Occupational therapists will provide both individual and group occupational therapy sessions, screenings, evaluations, therapy, and consultations for children of all ages with a variety of learning and developmental challenges.
Physical therapists will provide individual and group physical therapy sessions, screenings, evaluations, therapy, and consultations for children of all ages with developmental challenges.
Speech‑language pathologists will provide both individual and group speech therapy sessions, screenings, evaluations, therapy, and consultations for children of all ages with a variety of learning and developmental challenges.
We are hiring a pediatric social worker/licensed counselor who can provide a wide variety of services to assist children and their families, including individual and group counseling, guidance to community resources and support systems, crisis interventions, and facilitating effective communication between patients and their families.
We are currently seeking a Physician Liaison to join us part‑time to enhance our marketing and sales efforts in Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties.
