Job summary

Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy in Corvallis is seeking a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide one-on-one therapy to children birth to 18 with a range of speech and language disorders. The role is part-time with flexible hours and no nights or weekends, offering work-life balance in a supportive, therapist-owned clinic.

You will evaluate and treat clients, develop individualized plans of care, collaborate with families, and maintain accurate documentation and billing.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders or non-verbal children is a plus.
• Telehealth experience is a plus.
• Interview caregivers, assess child, and develop a plan of care meeting medical necessity.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to clients.
• Observe and evaluate children to determine speech function and needs.
• Develop and implement plans of care and deliver one-on-one sessions.
• Collaborate with families to support home program carryover.
• Maintain documentation including notes, reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure accurate coding for billing insurance.
• Follow regulations to keep clients and practice safe.
• Work cooperatively with families, other therapists, and staff.
