Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech pathology with clinical practice.
• Two years of professional speech therapy experience, geriatrics.
• Current DC license and DC certification.
• CPR Certification (BLS).

• CV submission and Privileges documents.

Responsibilities

• Determines patient needs for skilled therapy based on criteria.
• Evaluates patients per physician order and documents promptly.
• Develops measurable treatment plans with goals.
• Prepares daily schedules and delivers treatments.
