Job summary

OHSU is seeking an Instructor or Assistant Professor/Speech-Language Pathologist to join the Institute on Development and Disability (IDD) in Portland. The role focuses on diagnostic evaluation, treatment, and teaching within a busy Pediatric CDRC setting.

We seek a clinician with a master's in SLP, CCC-SLP, and Oregon licensure eligibility, plus 5+ years in pediatric practice. Collaboration across teams and a strong commitment to family-centered care are essential.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • CCC-SLP and Oregon licensure eligibility.
  • Minimum five years of pediatric clinical experience.
  • Experience with bilingual services is encouraged.
  • Experience in interdisciplinary healthcare teams and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide diagnostic evaluation, treatment, and consultative speech-language pathology services for CDRC patients.
  • Supervise graduate practicum students, clinical fellows, interns, and other learners.
  • Complete clinical documentation promptly and participate in interdisciplinary clinics and committees.
  • Engage in clinical research and scholarly activities relevant to speech-language pathology.
