Job summary

Metro Therapy, Inc. (Powerback Pediatrics) provides Speech-Language Pathology services to children in the Early Intervention program, including home and center settings. Evaluation, progress tracking, and IFSP-mandated therapy are key duties.

Collaboration with families and other professionals is essential, with thorough documentation and progress notes required for each child’s developmental goals.

Qualifications

• Must possess a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field.
• Must possess or be eligible for ASHA CCC/CF status.
• Must be licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state.
• DOH approval is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services to children in various settings (Early Intervention home or center).
• Perform evaluations and track child progress.
• Deliver Speech Therapy services as mandated in the IFSP.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to support goals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

ASHA CCC/CF eligibility

Licensed/certified as required by state
