Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or ASHA-acceptable field.
• ASHA CCC or CF status eligibility or CF status.
• State licensure or credentialing as required by the state.
• DOH approval is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Speech Therapy services to children in EI settings (home or center).
• Perform evaluations, track progress, and deliver services per IFSP.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support goals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.
