Sayit, inc is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct pediatric therapy, conduct evaluations, and supervise SLPAs in a supportive, mission-driven practice. You will develop individualized treatment plans, document thoroughly, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure best outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active Connecticut SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP required (for supervision responsibilities).
• Experience with pediatric populations is required.
• Experience with evaluations and/or supervision preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to pediatric clients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and write reports.
• Supervise SLPAs in accordance with state and ASHA guidelines.
• Review session notes and support clinical decision-making for assigned SLPAs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Complete documentation in a timely and compliant manner.
• Collaborate with families and team members as needed.
