Overview:

Sentara Medical Group comprises over 300 practices across Hampton Roads, Northern Virginia, and Northeastern North Carolina. Responsibilities:

  1. Assess, plan, organize, and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve speech, swallowing, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  2. Provide age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
  3. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by team members.
  4. Maintain certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology (CCC-SLP) upon meeting eligibility requirements.
  5. Require 1 year of experience for Resource Pool applicants.
