Are you passionate about helping kids communicate, grow, and thrive? Join a compassionate and creative team where your voice matters and your work changes lives. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who specializes in working with the pediatric population. Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies is looking for a full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our clinic in Oregon City, Oregon!

We're a nonprofit pediatric clinic that's been supporting Oregon families for over 35 years. We believe in relationships first, play-based therapy, and meeting families where they are. Whether you’re experienced or early in your SLP career, we’ll help you grow and thrive with mentorship, flexibility, and a team that truly supports each other.

What You’ll Love:
  • Flexible scheduling – choose 30 to 40 hours/week.
  • 5+ weeks of paid time off (vacation, sick, winter break, holidays).
  • Competitive salary based on experience:
    • $79,191.67 - $102,543.06/year.
  • Bilingual incentive: +2–5%.
  • Full benefits: Medical, dental, vision, FSA, life insurance, 401(k) with match.
  • Professional development funds + CEU support.
  • Team-based culture with mentorship and collaboration.
  • Loan forgiveness eligibility (nonprofit status).
  • Admin support so you can focus on therapy, not billing.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide 1:1 speech and language therapy for kids and teens (ages 0–21).
  • Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Share strategies and tools to support families at home.
  • Keep documentation up to date (we'll help make it manageable).

What You’ll Need:
  • Oregon SLP license (or ability to obtain).
  • CPR certification.
  • Experience in pediatrics required.
  • A love for kids, playful energy, and team spirit.
  • Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment.

Please Note:
At this time, we are not accepting applications from clinical fellows.
From Our Team:
“Neuro is a place where you’re encouraged to grow, try new things, and feel supported every step of the way. The kids are amazing and the team truly feels like a family.”
