Job summary

The Cortica Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role in Dedham, MA offers a pathway to clinical excellence through our Clinical Ladder, mentorship, and a collaborative care model for neurodevelopmental differences in children.

As an SLP at Cortica, you will provide play-based therapy, maintain documentation, lead cross-disciplinary consultations, and mentor SLPA staff while growing your leadership and clinical skills in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification (CFs encouraged to apply).
• Experience in pediatric or neurodivergent populations preferred.
• Interest in mentorship and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy that integrates sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with state and company policies, and engage in cross-discipline consultations.
• Educate families and ensure communication strategies extend beyond therapy sessions into everyday life.
• Supervise and mentor SLPAs, enhancing leadership skills.
