Rehab Resources is excited to welcome dedicated and passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists to our team. We currently have part-time and PRN opportunities in our Beaver Dam outpatient clinic and throughout Dodge County, offering flexibility and meaningful work in both clinical and community-based settings.

These positions offer the chance to work in two dynamic settings. One opportunity focuses on early intervention, supporting infants and toddlers through Birth to Three services in Dodge County. The other blends Birth to Three services with pediatric outpatient therapy at our Beaver Dam clinic, creating a rewarding variety in day-to-day work. These roles are ideal for professionals who are excited about helping children develop communication skills and want to work within a supportive, collaborative team.

As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist at Rehab Resources, you will:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Provide direct therapy that supports children’s expressive and receptive language, articulation, fluency, and social communication
  • Collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure therapy goals are effective and achievable
  • Provide coaching to caregivers to help carry over strategies at home
  • Participate in team meetings for Birth to Three or school-based services to coordinate care
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress
  • Stay current with pediatric therapy regulations and best practices
