Blackbird Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Contract Evaluator to provide diagnostic clinical evaluations for children. This role collaborates with specialty providers and emphasizes comprehensive care recommendations without ongoing treatment responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a valid Pennsylvania license, and at least two years of relevant experience. Flexibility for evaluations during the evenings or weekends is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in pediatric or multidisciplinary settings.
• Experience with telehealth/virtual evaluations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete a minimum of 6 evaluations per week.
• Accurate and timely clinical documentation and care recommendations.
• Focus on high-quality diagnostic testing; no treatment management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Participate in weekly clinical team meetings.
• Schedule evaluations primarily after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends.
