Job summary

Blackbird Health in Frederick, Maryland is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evidence-based evaluations and therapy. The role is hybrid, with weekday and some after-school hours. A Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, PA licensure, CCC-ASHA, and at least two years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
• PA state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC from ASHA.
• At least two years of experience providing speech and language services, telehealth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech and language evaluations and therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to create treatment plans.
• Identify and manage patient progress with documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain a clinical schedule with a mix of morning/evening sessions and telehealth when appropriate.
• Attend weekly team meetings and participate in program development.
