Pediatrics Plus is seeking a Speech Therapy Split Evaluator to perform initial therapy and developmental evaluations for children from birth to 21 years, including evaluation, treatment planning, and recommendations as prescribed by a physician.

Candidates must hold an Arkansas SLP license and ASHA certification. Strong communication, organization, and collaboration with families and the care team are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted SLP license in Arkansas.
• ASHA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapy across multiple settings (home, daycare, school, clinic).
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Submit evaluation reports and maintain timely documentation.
• Schedule and manage caseloads with efficiency and professionalism.
