CHOC Children's in Orange, CA seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for Specialty Clinics to provide frontline clinical and administrative leadership. You will oversee patient throughput and staffing to ensure high-quality care, safety and patient satisfaction, and participate in hiring and performance reviews of direct reports.

Required BSN with CA RN licensure and BLS; MS preferred. Prior pediatrics and supervisory experience are encouraged and supported by CHOC's development programs.

Qualifications

• RN-CA licensure; BLS required
• BSN degree from an accredited nursing program
• Preferred: MSN or higher nursing degree
• Minimum three years in pediatrics, acute care, or ambulatory setting
