St. Louis Children's Hospital is seeking a Registered Diagnostic Sonographer to perform ultrasound imaging across pediatric patient populations.

The role includes 12-hour night shifts (7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.), three days per week, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants, and potential for vascular studies as needed. Responsibilities include equipment readiness, accurate documentation, and on-call or portable exams at various locations within the system.

Qualificações

• RDMS or equivalent certification.
• Experience with abdominal, small parts and obstetrical imaging.
• May perform vascular imaging when needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose The Registered Diagnostic Sonographer performs ultrasound imaging, including but not limited to abdominal, small parts, and obstetrical, to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders, and assist with needle procedures (i.e., biopsies, drainages, needle placements, etc.). May also perform vascular imaging

Responsibilities

Ensures proper function and readiness of all equipment. Performs ultrasound imaging examinations and ensures proper documentation of procedures. Performs studies independently, may perform studies on-call, portable exams, and at other sites as required by work area.
